Matt's goal, and the goal of the entire Relocation Team, is to connect relocating families with a qualified real estate agent to help with the transition of relocating.  In doing so, they assist thousands of relocating families and individuals every year.  Matt serves as Relocation Manager, and he coordinates all Lending Tree and Affinity Referrals.  Matt began his real estate career in 1999 with Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS^® Northwest Office, serving in management and administration.  He joined the relocation team in July of 2004.  Matt is proud to be a part of Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS^® Relocation Team, saying “I enjoy our teamwork and dedication, and I believe we have a truly unique and innovative approach to the relocation business, we strive to offer our clients the highest degree of service.”  When he’s not in the office, Matt enjoys traveling with his wife, as well as hunting and fishing.

Joydene Ternus

Joydene has been with the relocation department for 21 years and has served in many functions of the relocation department, including Administration, Outgoing Referrals, and currently serves as the accounting manager.  A graduate of Southwest Texas State University, Joydene began her career in relocation in 1986, and continued with Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS’^® after an acquisition in 2001.  She appreciates the ethical leadership that Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS’^® is founded on, and says “Working in Relocation brings new acquaintances from all areas of the USA, and that makes every day unique and interesting.”  Joydene lives in Central Austin, where she raised four daughters and two sons.  Outside of Relocation, Joydene enjoys gardening, singing in her church choir, and spending time with her eight grandchildren.
