Ken Pearcy began his career in real estate in Austin in 1976.  He is a native Texan and a Texas Longhorn.  Ken sold real estate for six years before obtaining his Broker’s license, then opened and managed an office for one of Austin’s top local real estate firms in Westlake. 

In 1987, Ken formed his own training firm and developed training programs for various real estate companies in the Austin area.  In 1990, Ken joined Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® as Vice President of Sales and Training Manager.  Soon, with his passion for teaching, he began his service as a full time trainer.

Ken’s training philosophy has developed over the years by gaining experience and by working with numerous agents in varying markets.  He emphasizes that, “You must have a business plan, consistent marketing campaigns, and a focus on clients goals and needs.”  When you train with Ken, you’ll notice his dry wit, his great sense of humor, and his relentless passion for making sure you “get it.”
